BOOTCAMP


All our outdoor group fitness sessions are run as Bootcamp style 4 or 6 week, hard fun, fitness programs.

Bootcamp fitness sessions are tailored & moulded to a group dynamic, so you will not feel lost or left behind, bootcamp fitness caters for all ages & all fitness levels.

Our Bootcamp fitness program allows you to train either in one of our existing small group personal training squads or you can start a private or company funded closed group any time.

Sessions are exciting with a constantly changing variety of exercises & training principles, sessions will include elements of flexibility, boxing, pump style weights, running, abs & core work, team building & urban explorer challenges.

People of all fitness levels are welcome to join. Our program will push you to reach your physical potential. Many of our participants have found that in addition to improved fitness and health, new friendships are formed through the shared experience.

We do not scream, shout or blow whistles like other bootcamp courses – we will simply push you, encourage you and motivate you in a hard, fun & safe way towards your goals.

We also have a network of associated Bootcamp Fitness Trainers in other areas, so if we do not have a bootcamp in your area let us know we will find you one!!
